The room was full of black mold. The hotel staff would not believe that the wake up call did not work 2 times out of three.

Horrible, called to let front desk know the AC wasn't working, the lady at the front desk said she would call me back. Twenty minutes later, I called again. 15 minutes later a repair man arrived, he worked on it for about 30 minutes, after his repairs he said it should soon blow cold. An hour later, I called again. And nothing. After walking to get the manager, he acted as if I made the entire thing up. Upon his inspection, he agreed. I asked for another room, he said they were full, he offered broken fans to cool us. Later, I called asking for a sister property to move us to, he declined. Family with Young Children
This time I was put on the 6th floor due to the floors 8 & 9 being refurbished. And the next day when we went to take a shower we discovered no cold water. We only had the enough time to get ready quickly to go to a fencing tournament.
